Return & Exchange Policy

BarnHouse Napa – Return & Refund Policy

At BarnHouse Napa, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and customer experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened products. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

In-Store Purchases
Coffee and food purchases made in-store are final sale. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let our team know immediately so we can correct it.

Online Orders
For online purchases, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the issue has been reviewed and approved.
